By installing or using Faro (the "App"), you ("Merchant" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer of Faro. The App is offered subject to your acceptance of these Terms along with Shopify's Partner Program policies.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Free Plan
Starter — $9.99/month
Billing for Starter is handled entirely through Shopify Billing. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.
You may cancel your Starter subscription at any time from the Plans page within the App. Upon cancellation, Shopify Billing handles the subscription change according to Shopify's billing rules. You will retain Starter features until Shopify marks the subscription change as effective.
Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.
New Starter subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will apply. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at $9.99/month after the trial period.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of all data in your Shopify store. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process that data solely to provide the Service.
The recommended actions generated by the App are produced from your Shopify store signals. Some recommendations may use AI assistance after deterministic and server-side validation. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice.
Recommendations and measured impact may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or not measurable. You are responsible for independently verifying any recommendations before acting on them.
The App does not provide competitor pricing recommendations unless a real external pricing source is connected and validated. If no such source exists, competitor pricing recommendations are not generated.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analytics data, store status scores, or recommended actions. Use of the App is at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of Faro from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy.
